About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring mechanical processes associated with the rendering process. The role requires adherence to all company policies regarding food safety, workplace safety, and personal safety. Availability to work scheduled hours, including mandatory overtime when needed, is essential.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• English and Spanish language are required and must be able to pass a certification test and skills test applicable to requirements of the position ie lock out tag out, powered industrial trucks
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least up to 50 pounds
• Must wear all assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) for the position while working
• Must be able to work in a hot and wet environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and use some or all body parts and muscle groups in physically demanding work
• Good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills
