About The Position

This position will work in any position in the Rendering/Refinery departments. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This involves working around a meat environment such as blood, fat, bones, hair, and any other cattle product. The position will also require working in inclement environments; hot, cold, humid, icy, dusty, etc. with temperatures ranging from 20 degrees to 100 degrees. Positions involve operating heavy machinery while keeping production running and filling out paperwork. Driving a forklift and transporting product to different areas as needed. Clean-up using a shovel, high-pressure hoses, as well as chemicals. The Team Member must be willing to complete all required training for the job and perform any other duties as assigned. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening which is part of the post-offer health assessment.

Requirements

Willing to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
Willing to stand/walk 10-12 hours a day
Able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
