About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Float Dietitian to join our team in the greater Cleveland area. In this dynamic role, you will provide critical support for clinic vacancies and leaves of absence across our network, ensuring our patients continue to receive the highest standard of nutritional care. This is the perfect opportunity for an RD with renal experience who is eager to take on higher-level responsibilities, mentor peers, and guide clinic nutrition operations during transitions. Your schedule will adapt to support various clinics as needs arise, offering a varied, engaging, and impactful work environment. While based out of the Cleveland area, this position involves intermittent travel throughout the month to support our regional facilities. Requirements

State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
Ability to work flexible schedules, floating to multiple facilities
After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
