About The Position

Are you an experienced Registered Renal Dietitian looking to elevate your career and step into a leadership role? The right person for this job must be excited to float to clinics not just in Cleveland, but also in surrounding areas. We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Float Dietitian to join our team in the greater Cleveland area. In this dynamic role, you will provide critical support for clinic vacancies and leaves of absence across our network, ensuring our patients continue to receive the highest standard of nutritional care. We are also offering a $5,000 retention bonus to be paid out within the first 2 years of employment. Requirements

  • State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, floating to multiple facilities
  • After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
