About The Position

The role assists clients with vacation planning, coordinates travel arrangements, and provides guidance throughout the booking process. It is suited to people who enjoy helping others, communicate well, and are interested in working in the travel industry remotely. The specialist provides customer service to vacation-planning clients; researches and coordinates travel options such as vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotels; answers questions; communicates with suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details; maintains accurate booking and communication records; stays informed about promotions, supplier updates, and destinations; and provides pre- and post-travel support when needed.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
