About The Position

The specialist provides customer service to clients planning vacations; researches and coordinates vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations; responds to questions with travel-related information; communicates with suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details; maintains accurate records of communications and bookings; stays informed about promotions, supplier updates, and destinations; and supports clients before and after travel when needed.

Requirements
