Requirements

  • Background in customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, chat platforms, data entry, CRM tools)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a dedicated workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet required (no satellite or select wireless providers - specifically, TMobile and Verizon)

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, and trip changes
  • Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, and travel policies
  • Resolve issues and deliver high-quality customer service experiences
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in booking and CRM systems
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless travel coordination
