About The Position

Travel Incorporated is seeking a passionate and eager individual to join their team as a Travel Consultant in their Contact Center. This role is presented as a career opportunity within the travel industry, offering growth and development. The company emphasizes delivering Excellence in Client Care and truly values its associates. The position starts with 14 weeks of paid training through TI University. Local candidates will attend training in person, while non-local candidates will have mostly remote training with 2 in-person weeks at the Duluth, GA office (travel provided by TI). After training, the role transitions to remote work, applying learned skills with full team support. Associates will help clients develop travel plans based on their goals and timelines, offer personalized travel advice, solve problems, and identify ways to improve their experiences, all while building relationships based on trust and service excellence. The role offers a clear path for progression, from basic bookings to more complex, consultative travel planning.

  • Complete comprehensive training and transition into handling inbound client calls, emails, and chats with confidence
