About The Position

We are seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to work with travelers to coordinate and confirm travel arrangements and provide support throughout the booking process. The role is suited to people who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in the travel industry. It is performed remotely. The position involves researching travel options such as vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations; answering client questions; communicating with suppliers to verify reservations and booking details; and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes staying informed about travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier offerings, and assisting clients before and after travel when needed.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
