As a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, Trane Technologies is committed to putting the planet first. Through its businesses, including Trane® and Thermo King, sustainability is central to its operations. The company is seeking individuals who are inspired by challenges and motivated to contribute to a better future. The Remote Support Specialist role focuses on providing remote support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and investigations for Trane Digital Systems, specifically supporting the Upper Midwest Regions' Digital and Controls offerings. This role is responsible for the ongoing support of commissioning, programming, updating graphics, managing communications links, performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and servicing digital agreement clients. The position requires representing the company by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by remotely identifying and resolving equipment and systems issues at client locations. This involves coordinating with team leaders and customers to understand remote service requirements, examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering analytics, and synchronizing with any necessary on-site work. The role also demands staying current on Trane products related to the installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.
