Their primary role is to provide accurate information about core and voluntary benefits, enabling employees to make the best decisions for themselves and their families, and to better understand their company’s benefits.

Requirements

Be a licensed benefit counselor
Possess product knowledge
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Have basic technical skills
Maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work with others as a team

Responsibilities

Act as an educator and counselor, providing expert advice to clients’ employees.
Provide accurate information about core and voluntary benefits to employees.
Facilitate the process of information sharing to help employees make the best benefit decisions for themselves and their family.
