Requirements

  • Previous experience in remote sales, customer acquisition, appointment setting, or consultative selling
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Confidence leading conversations without relying on rigid scripts
  • The ability to stay organized while managing multiple prospects
  • A self-directed work ethic and dependable follow-through
  • A positive attitude and willingness to continue improving

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with qualified prospects by phone or Zoom
  • Understanding each prospect's goals and determining whether there's a good fit
  • Maintaining organized follow-up with active opportunities
  • Handling questions and objections professionally
  • Keeping CRM notes accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating with a fully remote team focused on continuous improvement
  • Meeting activity and performance expectations while maintaining a high-quality client experience
