Since 2019, it has become one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the U.S. We are seeking ambitious, friendly, hard-working, and service-oriented Remote Inbound Sales Agents, particularly those with experience in top-tier retail or service environments like the Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco. Requirements
- Experience in top-tier retail/service backgrounds (e.g., Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, Costco).
- Ability to make customers feel welcome and taken care of, going above and beyond for an incredible experience.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & tech-focused environment, handling multiple tasks while remaining friendly.
- Must pass licensing exam to legally sell insurance.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried roles.
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly roles.
Responsibilities
- Undergo paid training and insurance licensing, passing the licensing exam to legally sell insurance.
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process, as they have already initiated their search in the app (no cold-calling).
- Simplify the insurance comparison process for customers by helping them compare options from over 55 insurance companies to find suitable policies within their budget.
- Solve customer problems by listening to their concerns and providing solutions that build confidence in their choices.
- Close deals by assisting customers in finalizing their new insurance policies.
