About The Position
Top Notch Roofing is seeking a Remote Sales Assistant to support their Commercial Sales Consultant. This role involves managing the consultant's calendar, tracking commitments, ensuring follow-through, and assisting with estimating. The ideal candidate will provide structure and accountability to a driven salesperson, embodying a "firm hand, warm heart" approach. This is a full-time, remote position requiring adherence to PST hours.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting a senior leader where you owned the structure.
- Proven experience building/owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar.
- Excellent written English.
- Comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets.
- JobNimbus or similar CRM experience.
- Must work PST hours.

Responsibilities
- Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts.
- Track every commitment to closure, ensuring zero missed follow-ups.
- Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates.
- Maintain 95-100% accuracy in JobNimbus (CRM).
- Proactively flag stalled items.
