About The Position

We are seeking experienced English-speaking Patient Scheduling Specialists to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients scheduling medical imaging appointments, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy balancing accuracy, empathy, and productivity while working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently
  • Make outbound calls when follow-up is required
  • Respond to patient inquiries via email
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Verify and update patient information accurately
  • Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teams
  • Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction
