About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of their Minnesota-based partners. This role is 100% remote and focuses on expanding access to high-quality mental health care while supporting clinicians. The therapist will conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for various diagnoses. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatry, case management, and peer support.
Requirements
- Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources.
