About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and is looking for Benefits Representatives who are ready to help working families better understand and access valuable insurance protection. You will work with warm leads, conduct client appointments, explain benefit options, and provide support throughout the insurance decision-making process. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
