Remote Market Manager
About The Position
Responsible for managing the daily operations of one home club while providing coaching, support, and leadership development to 2–3 additional Planet Fitness locations located in geographically remote markets. This position is designed to elevate brand standards and member experience in areas where District Managers face travel limitations. The Remote Market Manager is accountable for maintaining consistent execution within their home club while helping to improve performance across their assigned support locations. This role requires strong in-club leadership, effective delegation, and a high level of organization and follow-through. This position also includes full operational and financial oversight for each assigned club, including policy implementation, scheduling, payroll, supply orders, and reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as a Club Manager or comparable multi-site leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop others while maintaining operational consistency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
