About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent / Specialist to provide exceptional online customer service through live chat. In this work-from-home role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to learn new software and customer support platforms quickly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, live chat, call center, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and account updates.
Follow established customer service standards and company procedures.
Meet or exceed productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction goals.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer support processes.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
