About The Position

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a relentless, high-speed Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join their national staffing engine. The role involves "dissolving the gap" in the U.S. healthcare system by identifying and placing a diverse range of medical professionals, including Mental Health Counselors, Registered Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health, and specialized clinical staff, into top-tier healthcare facilities across the United States. This is a high-volume "talent hunter" position.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated closer who thrives on the hustle and is hungry for a six-figure income (The "Hunter" Mindset).
  • Familiarity with various medical licenses (LMHC, PT, RN, LPN, MD, DO, PA, NP) and the general credentialing process in the US (General Healthcare Knowledge).
  • Proven success in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment—whether in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development (Sales DNA).
  • Expert at managing your own time and maintaining high productivity in a 100% remote setting (Remote Mastery).
  • Ability to connect authentically with medical professionals and "sell" them on their next career-defining move (Communication Powerhouse).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across all modalities (Nursing, Physician, Allied Health, and Administration) in all 50 states.
  • Drive candidate engagement through massive "text blast" campaigns and high-volume daily call targets (50–100 calls) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct daily video interviews on Zoom to assess licensure, clinical competency, and cultural fit for hospitals, outpatient centers, and urgent care clinics.
  • Own the recruiter lifecycle from initial sourcing and "selling" the opportunity to credentialing and final placement.
  • Rapidly adapt to various medical specialties and regional market demands, ensuring Gotham remains the first choice for general healthcare staffing.
  • Maintain "obsessive" accuracy in candidate records using our tech stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, and proprietary ATS tools).
