Understanding and recruiting for various practice lines, including Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Outpatient Medicine, Psychiatry, Neurology, Anesthesiology, and Tele-Medicine, is essential. The position involves managing hard-to-recruit sites, attending relevant meetings and conferences, and collaborating with other departments like Business Development and HR to share market intelligence and best practices. The role also includes providing salary and market assessments, assisting with outreach to various medical programs, and preparing offer letters and hire documents. Continuous communication with applicants throughout the process and staying updated on Vituity's policies are key responsibilities.
