Remote freelance interpreter
About The Position
Bromberg & Associates is a language solutions company looking to expand its network of qualified contractor interpreters. We are experiencing an increasing demand from clients for on-site/in-person interpreting services within the state of Michigan and across the United States. We are particularly interested in interpreters fluent in Kham, Wayuu, Marshallese, Samoan, Farefare, Ilocano, Hawaiian, Chuukese, Zanniat, and Okinawan, but welcome applications from interpreters fluent in any language. The ideal candidates will be proficient in interpreting in medical, legal, and community settings, and possess a dedicated and dependable work ethic.
Requirements
- Proficient and fluent in target language and English
- High school diploma (required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (if based in the United States)
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience (preferred)
- Associate Degree or Higher education preferred
