About The Position

Our client is a mission-driven senior care organization based in Minnesota, offering assisted living and customized living services to older adults and individuals with mental health or cognitive support needs. With several years of operation and a growing digital presence, they are looking to strengthen their online platforms to better serve residents, families, and internal staff. As a small, owner-operated business, they value team members who bring both technical reliability and a genuine care for the communities they support. This role exists to give the client a dedicated, hands-on developer who can build and maintain their web presence as the business grows — from public-facing e-commerce functionality to internal tools that support day-to-day operations. The client currently relies on WordPress and SiteGround for their sites and HubSpot for client-facing workflows, and they need someone who can both build new websites and keep existing ones running smoothly, without requiring heavy oversight. Ultimately, this position is about freeing up the client's leadership team to focus on care delivery by ensuring their digital tools are functional, current, and easy to use.
