About The Position
SkyWater Technology (NASDAQ: SKYT) is a U.S.-based semiconductor manufacturer and a DMEA-accredited Category 1A Trusted Supplier, pioneering a Technology as a Service model to co-create the next wave of innovation. We serve growing markets from aerospace and defence to quantum computing. We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote File Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our digital records and ensuring that information is accurately managed and easily accessible. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently to support our administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a file clerk, records management, or administrative support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- High proficiency in using digital document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience within a technology, manufacturing, or engineering company is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Organize, classify, and maintain digital files and company records in our document management systems.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, updating databases and spreadsheets as required.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all electronic and physical documentation.
- Retrieve files and documents promptly for team members upon request.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient filing and data management procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of digital files to ensure compliance with company policies and record-keeping standards.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks related to document handling and organisation.
