This is a remote position, but candidates must reside on Long Island and be available to report to our Islandia office for training, meetings, and emergency operational needs. Requirements

• Must reside on Long Island
• Strong computer and keyboard skills

Nice To Haves

• Dispatch or transportation experience
• Local market experience
• Towing, trucking, emergency services, logistics, or fleet experience is a plus
• Towbook and Samsara a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch heavy-duty tow trucks and road service technicians
• Communicate with customers, drivers, law enforcement, and fleet clients
• Prioritize emergency and non-emergency service requests
• Monitor GPS locations and route drivers efficiently
• Update dispatch software with accurate job information
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Work closely with operations to ensure every job is completed safely and efficiently
