Requirements

• Clear communicators who build trust with clients
• Organized and self-motivated professionals
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiar with video conferencing and digital tools
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam

• Background in customer service, sales, or consulting is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
• Assess client needs and provide guidance on appropriate benefit options
• Assist individuals and families through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs
