Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Understand client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options
- Help individuals and families through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions and follow-up communication
- Provide responsive, client-focused support throughout the consultation process
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve overall service
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs
