Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Understand client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options
  • Explain coverage programs clearly and help individuals make informed decisions
  • Assist clients through the enrollment and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development programs
