Requirements
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate seeking a meaningful career start
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning new systems such as video conferencing platforms and CRM tools

- Detail-oriented and capable of managing responsibilities in a flexible remote environment
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with pre-scheduled clients through Zoom consultations
- Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
- Provide clear explanations of coverage programs and answer client questions
- Assist clients through the enrollment and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards are followed
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development workshops
