Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and self-motivated while working independently
  • Comfortable presenting information during virtual meetings
  • Familiar with video conferencing and basic digital tools
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital documentation
  • Provide responsive client support and follow-up communication
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent, client-focused service
