Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Explain available coverage options in a clear and professional manner
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and goals
  • Deliver prompt, professional support while resolving client questions
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and ongoing service
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Manage appointments and schedules efficiently using digital tools
