Requirements

  • Experience in client service, consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication skills with a professional presence on video calls
  • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote environment
  • Ability to follow systems, processes, and compliance protocols
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Access to a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam and reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
  • Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital documentation in internal systems
  • Provide ongoing client support and follow-up communication
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Participate in team meetings, weekly training sessions, and professional development programs
