Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized professionals comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
• Help clients understand available coverage options based on their needs
• Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing client support and professional service
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and development calls
