About The Position

The role involves handling support tickets, troubleshooting client concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining professional communication with clients across various channels. Candidates must reside in one of the listed eligible countries.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer support, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service.
