Requirements

• Strong communicators comfortable engaging with clients through video consultations
• Self-motivated professionals who value independence and accountability
• Service-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others make informed decisions
• Tech-comfortable professionals familiar with Zoom, CRM systems, and cloud-based tools
• Individuals authorized to work in the United States with a reliable internet connection and Windows-based computer with webcam

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients nationwide via Zoom
• Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
• Participate in weekly team calls, training sessions, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve performance goals
