About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, dependable, and relationship-focused individuals to join their virtual team as Remote Client Relationship Advisors. In this role, you will work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You will listen to client needs, provide information about coverage options, answer questions, assist with enrollment once licensed, and deliver ongoing client support. This opportunity combines customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. No previous insurance experience is required, as the company provides structured training, licensing guidance, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional development. This is a client-facing insurance sales and service role, not an hourly administrative or inbound-only customer-service position. Representatives receive access to company-provided prospective client opportunities, with no requirement to purchase leads or conduct door-to-door prospecting. The position involves outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-up.
