About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Client Relations Associates. In this position, you'll connect with working families, veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and eligible association members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments. You'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, identify coverage needs, provide appropriate recommendations once licensed, assist with electronic enrollment, and maintain long-term client relationships. This opportunity combines customer service, benefits education, client relationship management, and consultative insurance sales. Whether you're entering the workforce, returning after time away, or exploring a career change, we provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. No previous insurance experience is required to apply. This is a client-facing insurance sales and service position—not an hourly administrative or inbound-only customer-service role.
