Responsibilities

Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients
Learn about each client's goals and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Build lasting client relationships through trust, education, and exceptional service
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain organized schedules and accurate digital records
Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
Continuously strengthen your communication, client service, and business skills
