About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Remote Client Care Coordinators. In this role, you'll support clients through virtual consultations, answer questions, provide ongoing assistance, and help individuals and families better understand their benefit options—all while working from the comfort of your home. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through Zoom, phone, email, and other virtual platforms
  • Educate clients on available benefit options and answer questions clearly and professionally
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
  • Assist clients with applications and required documentation
  • Schedule and manage virtual appointments
  • Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
