Requirements

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone and virtual platforms
- Provide information and guidance based on client needs
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Follow company training systems and processes
- Participate in optional training and team meetings
