About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, develop strategies, and ensure successful project implementation. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Proven experience in analyzing business processes and developing solutions for improvement
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify gaps and propose solutions for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Create and present reports, charts, and diagrams to communicate findings and recommendations to management
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure new processes and systems meet business requirements
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new processes and tools
