Requirements

Three or more years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, healthcare operations, or claims processing.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and other software for conducting quantitative analysis.
Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients and technical personnel.

Responsibilities

Analyze claims processing trends, productivity results and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations.
Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports supporting Claims Operations.
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data findings.
Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models.
Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections.
