About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, provide therapy services, connect patients with essential community resources, and document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time. You will use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care. Requirements

  • Active LCSW or LPC license in Texas or New Hampshire
  • Minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW, LICSW, and/or LPC license
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST or CST hours
  • Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

  • Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred
