About The Position

The Remote All-Inclusive Vacation Specialist assists clients with planning and coordinating all-inclusive vacation experiences and provides guidance throughout the travel booking process. The role suits people who enjoy helping others, communicate well, and want to support travelers while working remotely. The specialist provides customer service, researches and coordinates travel options, answers client questions, offers recommendations, communicates with travel suppliers, maintains accurate booking and communication records, and stays informed about travel promotions, resorts, suppliers, and destinations. The role may also include supporting clients before and after their trips.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools.
