About The Position
Seeking long-term partners for remodeling projects, primarily serving Allegheny, Beaver, and Washington counties. Projects typically have a 12-16 week lead time.
Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
- Business License
Responsibilities
- Prep work areas for renovation
- Structural work could include modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed
- Installations could include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and windows or doors
- Work including, but not limited to building, cabinets, carpentry, concrete, deck, demolition, doors, drywall, excavation, framing, flooring, general labor, masonry, interior or exterior painting, trim or siding, shower/tub install, sunroom, windows
- Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
