About The Position

At Kitchen Tune-Up Bellevue Kirkland, we are focused on delivering an elevated remodeling experience through craftsmanship, communication, professionalism, and care for our clients’ homes. We specialize in cabinet refacing, redooring, custom cabinetry, kitchen updates, and remodeling projects throughout the Eastside and surrounding communities. We are looking for a skilled, organized, and client-focused Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to help lead projects in the field while continuing to perform hands-on installation work. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving, communicates professionally, and can help keep projects running smoothly from measure through completion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cabinet refacing experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or kitchen installation
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform cabinet refacing, redooring, trim installation, and finish carpentry work
  • Install accessories, moldings, hardware, panels, and related components
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Ensure projects meet company quality standards
  • Troubleshoot field issues and identify solutions proactively
  • Oversee day-to-day progress on assigned projects
  • Coordinate workflow with installers and subcontractors
  • Conduct final quality checks before project completion
  • Communicate job progress and updates to management
  • Perform accurate field measurements for cabinetry, refacing materials, and related products
  • Assist with material ordering and verification
  • Review plans and scopes carefully to minimize errors and delays
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinator on scheduling and project sequencing
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and clients remain informed
  • Coordinate deliveries and readiness of materials
  • Maintain professional communication with homeowners
  • Represent the company with professionalism and respect in clients’ homes
  • Help create a positive remodeling experience from start to finish
