About The Position
This is a W-2 position focused on remodeling tasks. The role involves preparing work areas, performing structural modifications, and completing various installations and finish work. Emphasis is placed on jobsite cleanup and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years construction experience, ideally trade-specific
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass Background Check
Responsibilities
- Prep work areas for renovation
- Perform structural work including modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed
- Complete installations such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and windows or doors
- Conduct finish work including drywall, flooring, cabinetry, interior or exterior painting, trim or siding
- Perform jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
