About The Position

Gill Construction is seeking a reliable and professional Remodeling Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with construction industry experience who enjoys organization, communication, and being a dependable support person for both clients and the internal team. This position plays an important role in supporting remodeling and construction operations by helping maintain organized systems, coordinating communication, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone dependable who can take initiative, stay on top of priorities, and provide strong administrative support in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience within the construction or remodeling industry required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly phone presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting construction projects, subcontractors, vendors, or field teams preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Respond to emails and general office inquiries
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Help maintain organized systems, records, and documentation
  • Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Support remodeling and construction teams with administrative coordination
  • Assist with tracking project-related documents, schedules, and communication
  • Help ensure client, subcontractor, and vendor communications are handled promptly and professionally
  • Support office processes related to ongoing construction and remodeling projects
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Help manage incoming inquiries and office communications
  • Ensure calls, messages, and administrative follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally
  • Support leadership and project teams with administrative coordination
