Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
Responsibilities
- Prep work areas for renovation
- Structural work including modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed
- Installations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and windows or doors
- Finish work including drywall, flooring, cabinetry, interior or exterior painting, trim or siding
- Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
