About The Position

This is a 1099 position for a contractor specializing in bathroom remodeling. The role involves the complete demolition of existing bathroom spaces and renovation work, including the installation of bathtubs, showers, flooring, countertops, tile, shower glass doors, plumbing, and electrical systems. Subcontractors are expected to provide their own supplies (e.g., bolts, grout), but not the main materials (e.g., shower, tub, tile, fixtures).
